Stopped in for lunch. It sucked. Server was down trodden, not friendly. Owner or cook looked like he was contantly on the outlook for "someone". Place is dark, uninviting, unorganized -- back area littered with office materials near restrooms. Tom Kah was white water with some kind of acid in it and 3 shrimp that you get in those supermarket round ready to go platters. Mussels were cracked, overdone with most shells empty and served with a lot of boiled onion and no broth. Partner said his wonton soup was dishwater, other Gyoza were dried up. $40 with tip.
