Touchdown Wings in Athens

Just plain bad customer service.. Tonight my husband and I tried Touchdown Wings for the first time. Upon entering the restaurant the front counter girl was laying with her feet up in a booth and on her phone. We were the only customers in the place and when she did come up to the counter she looked bored and kept looking at her phone. The whole time we were there she ignored us but kept talking to a friend who was with her at a booth. Even when she came right beside us to sweep she never asked us if we needed anything or how our food was. On to the food. I got there bone in sweet and sour wings and they were just okay, I wouldn't get them again, they were really plain...

Horrible customers service. My name is Billy and I come in the restaurant all the time with my wife to watch the game on Saturday and sometimes on Sunday after church. But the girl cashier is so unprofessional and rude and the tea is nasty and taste like water and the restaurant is not clean,and me and my wife just set back and watched her she wasn't cleaning no tables are nothing.But my wife said she come in some time at lunch doing the week and that girl that's there doing lunch is so nice and the restaurant is always clean and the tea is so good but when I come to my favorite place to watch the game and eat I don't expect this type of service so I don't think we will be coming back until they get there customers service right.

Horrible food and service. First of all no other customers in the resturant and the girl at the register was too busy talking to her boy friend to take our order, while ordering she was looking behind me trying to have a conversation with a boy. So to no surprise when the food came out my order was wrong. To make it even worse the wings were horrible and barely warm.
