DELICIOUS!!! The most balanced cake I've had. It is not overly sweet or bitter from the matcha or filling. It dissolves so perfectly each bite.

This bakery shop is located at Super H-Mart. Plenty of parking but since it's a grocery store, it does get crowded during peak hour. The bakery shop is a bit small and it's located at the entrance. They offered a variety of baked goods from sweets to savory bread. They also have cakes ready to buy. A great option for birthday cakes. I like that the cakes are not too sweet and it has a simple decor. They also offer coffee drinks on their menu and smaller desserts near the cash register. Prices are pretty affordable and staff are friendly.

Is your recipe really the Korean tous les jous? I’ve tried a lot tous les jours and your’s the only one that taste different. Very disappointed
