A solid 3 stars. Located in the Central Terminal at SEA, Trail Head BBQ Bar seems to be a popular choice amongst travelers. I've gone twice, and both times I've had to wait 20-30 mins in line since they get quite packed. They are definitely understaffed for the amount of business they get, so at times there are empty tables but the hostesses are too busy being waitresses too, so they don't even realize there's space available. This can be a bit frustrating as you wait in line and clearly see tables available. The food itself isn't bad, especially for airport food. I've had their pulled pork and their brisket, and althoug...
