Trailhead Beer Market is located on Island Home Ave in South Knoxville near the James White Prkwy, part of the new South Knoxville waterfront development. Covered patio seating and a friendly confined interior. Small Beer selection but knowledgeable charismatic staff. Men's room was small and cramped. Bar interior was clean and well kept.
