Trattoria Novello I was so excited to try a new restaurant here in Pompano Beach What an incredible disappointment I made a reservation for 4 this evening We arrived - I was yelled at that I did not have a reservation I showed her the confirmation She continued to yell at me - I had not made it early enough - I made it on open table at 6:30 - for 7:30 She continued to be so rude - We left and had an amazing meal at Cafe Max Thank you again Cafe Max for yet another incredible meal If trattoria Novello thinks they will build a clientele be being so incredibly rude to their patrons they won't be here very long.
This place is fantastic! Real authentic italian foods that actually exist in italy. Some fresh homemade pastas, desserts! Great wine list! Kim and pat are the owners and fantastic hosts. The chef can also make u dishes off the menu if iingredients available. . Keep up the great work and I suggest u try trattoria novello at least once.
