Excellent ambience and dining experience. Customer service was great although I didn't care for the service from the young lady at front desk. I like the seating and the idea that every single employee was wearing a mask and wearing it properly! A big plus. You didn't feel crowded with other patrons sitting so close to you. I am assuming because it was a week day is why it was not busy which is a plus for me. I had the smoked oysters and OMG!!!! They were so GOOD!! The smokey flavor and chirozo butter and Cajun seasoning on them, I could have had that over and over! I ate them so fast forgot to take pics of it!! It was excellent paired with the champagne (Taittinger). I also had the braised lamb and grits. It was ok. Meet was very tender but needed some seasoning. Quite bland. Other than that it was a great pre bday celebration!!

This is my favorite restaurant in Houston. My husband and I have celebrated our anniversary and Christmas by staying in the Houstonian and always eating at Tribute. The restaurant has the best service you'll ever experience, and the chef is incredible!
