ok I'm a very picky eater when it comes to Mexican or tex-mex, (I'm chicana with a grand-mom who cooked amazingly great homemade mexican food.Trigos not only got my order correct, but when I asked for my tortillas to be crisped they did it with no hesitation, I mean they are perfectly crispy. I got the carne guisda plate(came with salad, refried beans and rice) it was delicious. I have been telling all my friends about this place. ya'll need to check it out.

Pleasant wait staff. Went for breakfast and had the chilaquiles verdes with scrambled eggs. Excellent!
