Visits to this location have made me realize that maybe other tropical smoothies are not so bad…The copy/paste response from corporate goes to show about how much they care.

I placed via mobile app for delivery on November 4th. I received my order with items missing. I called back to the store and was told my missing items were still at the store at the register. I asked for items to be delivered and never got them. I called Friday November 5th and spoke with a manager about the issue and he said he would call me back and he yet to call me back. After speaking with other coworkers they have all said they have experienced the same issue with no resolution. This is horrible customer service.
