They had bugs in a veggie wrap and someone was sick for days after. The incompetent manager laughed about it and the owner was of zero assistance. Also, another person found a finger nail in their food! VA food Inspectors need to visit ASAP!

Love a good smoothie, but I hate a long wait. I'm not trying to be "that" guy, but I waited nearly 20 minutes to put in my order. Perhaps Tropical Smoothie Cafe needs to hire more personnel... it's not my call. But, a twenty minute wait to place an order for a drink is a bit much. But, my smoothie was delicious! So, there's that.
