I came here multiple days in a row and didn’t get ANY kind of customer service! They were short with taking my order EVERYTIME (3 separate days) as they would rather be cleaning and not even greet you! But the food and smoothies were decent at least! Learn some people skills! This is a management issue clearly.

We showed up at 11:45 to grab lunch, and one person was working. She was on her phone, and told us she would not be making food until 12 o’clock when another person was coming into work. We couldn’t believe we were turned away! We love Tropical Smoothie Café (got off the highway to go for lunch), but this was ridiculous.

Made a mobile order, store says closes at 8, we got there at 7. The lady working there closed an hour early, gave a call asked for my refund, told me to come back tomorrow and hung up. So I’m out 15 dollars and don’t have a smoothie.
