If I could give this location 0 stars if I could after my we experience. My wife and went to the Cedar Bluff store to get a couple if smoothies to go along with our lunch. It was between 12 and 1pm. When we entered the store, the employees looked at us but never asked of we needed help or even welcomed us into the store.I purposely made eye contact to see if she would acknowledge me to no avail. Another customer came into the store while we were waiting and received service. After 4 minutes of waiting we left because I can spend my money elsewhere. Poor customer service is not even at the top of my list.

I ordered a hummus veggie wrap because I’m vegetarian and after my first bite I realized it was chicken in it. Chicken isn’t an ingredient in the hummus veggie wrap. I’m dissatisfied and frustrated with the fact after being vegetarian for so long, i eat meat without it being my choice.

I think overall, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a decent place to eat. The Avocadolada is a really interesting smoothie made with avocado and spinach. However, I tried two different bowls and was unable to determine much difference in their taste despite being very different in their descriptions. Also, the only thing that makes these "bowls" is the addition of rice; take that away and it's simply a salad. Other places feature beans and such. The bowls need more work.
