Wow was never thought I’d ever write a bad review but this is the 3rd time this year I’ve gone and the customer service has gone waaaaay down. I ordered a jerk chicken wrap with vegan chicken and no cheese and they never get it right above the fact it’s not what it used to be when they opened years ago. Wondering if ownership changed any they lost a customer

Waited over 35 minutes while countless pick up orders/ubereats/etc were tended to first ... Also, waited even longer when the staff was mindlessly stacking food orders where pick up was. Other dine in customers were having their names called out (who ordered after me) while mine was yet to be called. After a bit I went to cancel my order and they pointed at the finished orders waiting for in the delivery pick up area. I was waiting for my dine-in right in front of them. Understaffed and improperly run, side orders were also stale (maple sweet potatoes) & tasted terrible. I hate to write negative reviews, but the experience was just that.

Received the best service, and even left with a BOGO card they gave me for my next visit. It was my first time at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I walked in not expecting much. The staff, however, was beyond nice and attentive. They quickly took care of me and got my order ready in no time. The place was clean, and social distancing/other health and safety protocols were also being followed. Their smoothies are 50% off during the first hours of the day, when they open, so I can't wait to go and try them during that time!
