I visited this tropical smoothie cafe yesterday. During my visit at this location a strange looking man walked to the back without uniform, shoes, and etc. I asked one of the employees there (Rome) he then proceeded to tell me that is the manager, after I explain to him no employee or manager should be able to walk into the back when they're off the clock. Otherwise the food and smoothies were pretty good. I've seen that strange looking man before hanging around this store location but I had no idea he worked here and even worse the manager. He doesn't have that manger etiquette. management is seriously needed at this store location.
