Worst experience. They don't acknowledge you're there waiting in line. We stood by the register for 15 minutes with a line behind us and not a single person acknowledged anyone. Staff seemed very rude.Myself and my family all walked out after waiting for so long. Several other customers walked out too.I've been to this location a few times before today and its been a few months since I been there, my last experience my entire order was wrong. I thought maybe after a few months it would be better but definitely not.. they always happen to mess up on someone's order .There is multiple signs...

Visited this Tropical Smoothie Cafe restaurant located at 7152 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Mechanicsville, Virginia almost once per week, for two years. Or son was taking guitar lessons from the nearby music shop, and I went here to get dinner as he had his lesson.Nice products. Good smoothies. surprisingly decent menu too. Fast, friendly staff though it take a moment if there are a few people in line ahead of you.
