I ordered 5 smoothies and had a problem with 1 of them. The staff absolutely refused to remake the drink or offer a refund. Only after several, and a I mean SEVERAL minutes of talking did one staff member agree to remake the drink.As I read the other bad reviews it look like most people had a problem with what I suspect is the same young teenage girl that gave my family problems! Why is she still here making watered down smoothies and giving customers a bad attitude about it!

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The staff was very courteous. They got my food out to me in a timely manner. My food was as ordered
