If you’re making a smoothie during a pandemic along with other foods wearing no gloves and your masks either on wrong or not on at all. I waited for my smoothie for over 10 minutes and watched as the people who came in after me got theirs in less than 3. The three girls were mainly gossiping and not working and the one guy working was cleaning up and making most the drinks. If you are making smoothies during a pandemic, it would be common courtesy to make them in a clean environment

WILL NEVER order from them again! Tried to use a valid coupon for a $3.99 24 oz smoothie. Was told I couldn't use it since I'd ordered & paid online. I didn't order the smoothie online. I was in the cafe.The coupon fine print: Expires 3/23/21. Valid only in-cafe at participating locations. Not valid with any other offer or discount, 3rd party services, online order or the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app.No where on the coupon does it say must be used with food order or with a minimum purchase.
