Will never be able to shop here due to faulty card reader. This is the second time I've had to leave without purchasing anything due to faulty card reader.Needless to say I will never come back again....lost a customer that loved buying from you guys! Over a pretty silly error.My card works everywhere but here....

The club sandwich was a huge reason for why I went there. they got rid of it, so I go to elevate now since they have better smoothies anyway, there's no point in going here anymore.

Just left the Tropical Smoothie Cafe after experiencing the WORST customer service imaginable. I walked in with three customers already in the store, within 3 minutes each had received their order. I stood in front of the counter for an additional 5 minutes without a SINGLE acknowledgment from any employee, I'm 6'1' and 195 lbs, I think they saw me. Seems they were too busy making grub-hub orders to even say hi, or to say I will be with you in just a minute. Horrible experience! Was in trying to purchase two smoothies for my kids.
