New to the area, and every time I have been inside this location they take over 35 minutes to make my order. Tonight I thought I would try it out again around 6:30pm, I was told they are only taking online orders therefore I went to my car to place an order on my phone. Not even two minutes later the girl working turned off all the lights and closed the store when they are suppose to be open untill 9:00pm! What a joke, will never come back to this location ever again!

The food tastes delicious, the size of the shakes are great for the price. The staff was friendly and very professional. Definitely recommend it to try it. For sure I will be coming back more often.

We have been to this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location a dozen times since it’s been opened. It has not disappointed once. The food is always on time, always correct, and always delicious,l. The service has been beyond expectations. I even had the manager walk the food to my car one time since it was ready early. Cannot recommend this location enough.
