**Celiac/gluten free info//vegan review**Food 10/10Serice 10/10It is always difficult to find restaurants that take dietary restrictions seriously, but to find a place that embraces it and puts out a quality product, that's pure gold. I've found it right here with Troy's Italian Kitchen.Their website has a tab SPECIFICALLY listing the common food allergies you may find in their products and the menu lists a whole VEGAN SECTION as opposed to your typical "can be prepared vegan". Which is wonderful to have a menu dedicated to making great tasting food rather than having to "make it work" when ordering out with friends who don't share the same diet. As a non-vegan and lacking a gluten allergy who is partners with someone who is, find it wonderful that we have found a place we can both eat who's food is fantastic. The menu, in general is quite extensive, with a large list of signature pizzas. Some which are common, such as a "supreme" or "hawaiian". But others that are more unique, such as the "tikki masala" or "the big dill". sides, wings, apps, salads and pasta are all on there too. The large menu was a big overwhelming, but ensures that there is something for everyone.Food:Vegan Wings (Gochujang...

I can't recommend Troy's Italian Kitchen enough! The vegan wings were so tasty and tender! The vegan meatball sub was super delicious and tasted just like the real thing! My absolute favorite (but only by a fraction because everything was so good) was the vegan elote pizza! It was loaded with scrumptious toppings and is one of the best pizzas I have ever had! The customer service and vegan opti...

To their credit, the owners are very nice. From other reviews, I guess they do great vegan stuff. But if you're looking for just simple, good pizza and wings to watch a football game, go somewhere else. The pizza is "meh, not bad" at best. The sauce tastes like canned pizza sauce. However, the wings are awful. They are not "jumbo" as noted in the menu and are oddly (and over) seasoned and baked - something that should be mentioned on the menu. Ordered wings and got smallish wings absolutely covered in rosemary, oregano, and marjoram, maybe. They tasted like they were covered in herbs de Provence, actually. Not what I'd except from a pizza place and especially not something called n "Italian Kitchen." The "mild Buffalo sauce" was a few dashes of Texas Pete's hot sauce. If one wants to get creative with wings, more power to them. But that needs to be clear in the menu. One doesn't put "pizza" on a menu and then serve baked dough covered in onions, pissalat, and olives without noting that in the menu. Why would you cover chicken wings in French spice blend without telling anyone before hand?
