Not very happy with the food or the atmosphere. The service was good other than that wasn’t for me.

Great healthy eating and service. Pricing is a bit high, but the quality is a bit better than what you might find elsewhere too. In particular, try the bowls are all a good balance of healthy and filling. Brunch, and the pancake is a great splurge too.

Had a lovely time at True Food Kitchen in Avalon! My waitress, Jennifer, was extremely professional and kind. She is the person to ask for when you dine. Their cocktails and wines are amazing! Not to mention, their entrées are yummy.
