Awful paper straws. Some weird touchless sauce dispenser that didn’t work. No sauce, forks, or napkins in my take out order so I couldn’t even eat it. I used to love HEB barbecue but this was not a good experience. I’m out $20 and still need to buy lunch.Updated to say that when I got home after work and ate, the food was great. Still a poor experience overall since I had to buy another lunch that didn’t require a fork. Also, paper straws are the worst. Please light them on fire and bring back real straws.

Driving through Texas on I-10 and tired of all the fast food. So glad we found True Texas BBQ!! Everything was delicious! The ribs were amazing, the brisket so tender! Yummm!! Highly recommend!!
