This restaurant is normally a favorite. We ordered a platter for 16 people. It was all great, but the chicken was not properly cooked. When we cut into it blood came out and it was red/pink. I contacted the manager. He did not ask me to come pick it up, have me bring it in, or to redo the order.Instead, he stated that some people don't understand how smoked chicken should be. Love True Texas BBQ, they have great brisket and great BBQ sauce..... It's the best barbecue in Kingwood!
