Chuck M. A few years back I used to visit the Acton area and loved my visits to True West ! Traveling through the Acton area again I was reunited with one of my all time favorite IPAs at True West ! Nothing beats a burger and a Ruckus IPA !! Love the back porch...very cozy !!!

I have been here many times dating back to their opening and I think this is my first review. I'll keep it simple Beer is just ok, never had anything here I would go out of my way to get. They try a lot of styles I'll give credit there. If they have a dark on tap (porter or stout) that will be your best bet. I have had guest beers here or cocktails a lot food is OK dry rub wings are great - there is some connection with Buffalo NY and you can get beef on weck a true gem from that region. TW's take is meh. setting, location and staff are great and always polite despite constant badgering from the Karen's of Acton and there are many.

Visiting Concord and wanted to try out a few local breweries and stopped by True West. Sat at the bar and the bartender was great. She said she makes a mean margarita so I tired her coconut one and it was delicious! My husband enjoyed his beer flight. We ordered a pretzel. The pretzel was yummy but not a big fan of the cheese sauce (just my personal preference), but the mustard was good.
