Tugo Tea House in Arlington Heights

Amazing place!! Unfortunately when we went they were sold out of their beef noodle soup, so we had a minced pork bowl with noodles and the popcorn chicken/sausage combo plate. Both dishes blew us away. The flavor was perfect. We also had two milk teas and they were great too. Next time we'll come back and order the beef noodle soup and more popcorn chicken!

One of the few AUTHENTIC Taiwanese restaurants you can find in Illinois and everything on their menu is delicious! Plus the owners provide amazing service and are very friendly. The interior is clean and cozy with indoor seating available. You can't go wrong with any of their dishes, but if I had to recommend a few of my favorites it'd be the popcorn chicken, pork chop, or beef noodle soup. We also had the Frog Bang Milk Tea (non tea) and their boba is well made, soft and chewy with brown sugar coating. If you're like me, cutting down on sugar, I would not reduce sugar beyond 70% for this drink, it'll lose its flavor. Highly recommend this gem if you haven't tried Taiwanese food and want to support this small business!

The male owner is very disrespectful and rude. I have consistently supported this small business since they've opened; some weeks I even ordered 8 drinks. I'm extremely disappointed because last time I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he may have had a bad day. Today he wasn't just rude to me but also my child as we ordered. He huffed and puffed, tapping his foot, failing to listen to me order then interrupting me with a raised voice, he interrupted my child as he ordered and sighing like we're wasting his time even when trying to collect my Tugo tea house rewards before I started to pay.  I informed him to cancel my...
