I came to Tumbleroot with a Groupon coupon that I wasn't able to use. There was no black out dates but I wasn't able to use because it was "comedy night." Ok fine. The line to get drinks takes about 15-20 min, a bunch of empty tables outside but not enough tables inside. Because of the line, we are blocked throughout the whole show because of the people in line for drinks. I would like to say that the comedy show made up for the disaster but it did NOT. It just seems to be a very unorganized place trying to bring in more customers but they don't really know how to give the service. We left disappointed.

We were a party of 5 locals with high expectation for our first time at Tumbleroot . We went early at around 4:30, not busy. Went to outdoor bar and asked if they had wine. The bartender answered, without looking up, with a very short "No, only what's on the menu". "You don't have any house red or white?" No, only what's on the menu. Heck of a way to start. We know it is a brewery and would not have asked about wine, but they did have all sorts of mixed drinks, so thought they would have a house wine and it was our first time (and probably our last). Here's a thought - Maybe think about ways to answer that make you at least appear to care about your customers.
