Wow! What a nice surprise sitting out here on the right, heading into Alexandria! Just off the interstate from Leesville. Use your GPS! It's a quick right, so slowdown early! Between the trees, right up the hill, Below sits a large lake, & Tunk's Cypress Inn! They are famous for there seafood! They serve daily specials too! Country Fried Steak, potatoes, and purple peas! Ribeye Steaks, Roasted Pork, Blackened Alligator, & Gumbo. Tunk's serves up there dinners with non-stop trip to the salad bar, and a wonderful salad bar it is! There is a Majestic View of Lake Kincade! For desert, they offer up some Blackberry Pie, and Bourbon Pudding Cake! Yum-my! They tell me, Live bands perform 6 days a week! You can snack on oysters lakeside, in the bar or on the dock! I Mean water side! The Food is wonderful! The decor is history in the making! Take my word for it, it's good eaten!
