Been in the hospitality business for 30 years. My cousin and I had dinner last night at Twin Oaks. My "when in rome" pizza was terrible. The garlic sauce on the pizza is very overwhelming. They need to cook the garlic. Jar " raw-minced" garlic drenches this pizza. I love garlic, but it completely overpowers the other ingredients- prosciutto, Parmesan, arugula. The food is just ok, the service wasn't the best. Wouldn't be in a hurry back. It's over priced for the quality of food for sure.
