We were so disappointed in the service, or lack thereof, that we walked out.When we were initially greeted to order, we asked for a couple minutes for our young kids to decide what they wanted. Once we were ready, no one came to take our order, in fact, we were actively ignored. The young woman seemed to actually hide from us around the corner and when I politely called to her that we were ready she literally walked to the back.We're generally very patient with service workers, especially these days, but this was way beyond what we've come to expect with the labor shortage. Completely unacceptable and we won't be going back.

Let's be honest. You really come here because it's actually Los Pollos Hermanos! Of course we wanted to visit Los Pollos Hermanos/Twisters Burgers and Burritos, since we're nerdy Breaking Bad fans while visiting ABQ. And the tour that we were on actually brought us here for lunch. Although our tour package came with lunch from here as part of the ticket price, the food was A-OK. The only food item that we were able to have with our tour we were on were the vegetarian burritos and it also came with a fountain...
