This woman made a lop sided, sloppy, looking like a 5 year old made it, cake and then refused to apologize for the atrocity that it is. Absolutely disgusting and an insult to the REAL bakers and confectioners everywhere. Like at least turn a light on lady! It'd probably help the cakes turn out better!
