I stopped at the Beer Store on Peach Street with some family yesterday for pizza and shandy. Food was great, but the service was fantastic. I forget the young man's name, but after an unfortunate incident involving my 8-year-old nephew and the patio fence, he showed concern and was very apologetic about something that was clearly the kid's fault I went back in to buy my shandy to-go and he comped me for it. Totally didn't have to do that, and it was definitely above and beyond. Good to know that customer service is not completely dead
