My sisters and I went here tonight we all got the no sugar added yogurt. We are all sick tonight after eating it.

Any other day, I would've given this place a 5 star review-- today however, I was extremely disappointed. Went in to get yogurt and saw a young boy sticking his finger inside the yogurt dispenser (prior to doing so, that same finger was up his nose). So gross. His parents didn't do or say anything. He went over to the toppings next and started playing with them. I told him not to touch them and his mother overheard and glared at me. I told the young lady at the counter what was going on and she couldn't have cared less. Great yogurt, flavors and toppings-- BUT, if you're not going to stop or correct certain things (even by placing some sort of plastic covering so little hands can't be reached inside or a sign that states that kids aren't allowed to use it under a certain age) from happening-- then you've lost my business.

Today I came to U-Swirl with a valid coupon from Verizon's new rewards program. Store manager refused the coupon, even though it is valid. Even had a phone number to call to validate the coupon. I am not pleased that a store manager keeps up on their current advertisings. Will not go back until managers are educated more on how to run and operate their store. Seriously don't turn customers away if they present a valid coupon. (Store manager even agreed it was valid with dates and location address.) It's a sign of bad business. It's sad you lost my business today.
