To clarify some confusion, this is run out of a food truck in a parking lot. The food was delicious, they were timely, and the order was accurate. We wouldn't recommend the mac & cheese (too bland), but everything else was great (impossible burger, fried chicken sammy, and fries)!

This place is delicious, it's a fresh taste on burgers. Do yourself a favor and come home to Umami Burger, because when you taste this delicious meat, you're home. Umami give me free lifetime burgers, please, please.........please.
