Our experience at the Memphis Pyramid and Bass Pro Shop was lovely. The elevator and skywalk were phenomenal, and the shopping was superb. However, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl and Grill was less than satisfactory. While the wait for our table was short for the size of our party (7 adults and 6 children under the age of 11), the wait for our food was outrageous. We ordered appetizers at 6:50 and neither arrived until nearly an hour later; they were cold and inedible. Our server was slow and did not make our orders a priority; I had to ask multiple times for a glass of water when the fountain was three steps away. We waited another 45 minutes for our waitress to take our orders, and by then, we were all hungry and miserable. Another 30 minutes and our food had still not arrived.
