Our first time here to celebrate our son’s birthday I always want the best for my family so I did a reservation days ago, when we came the hostess lady said you have to wait 20 minutes to get everything ready! I was ok is fine I wait in the car let me know when is ready.It past 29 minutes no one let us know so I sent my daughter to ask and the lady said the same you have to wait 20 minutes. I ask for the manager she talk very soft not apologize she just said we’re getting the table ready now.The worse part was!! My husband ask for fillet mignon. It was inappropriate to eat to soft stink and he throw up They’re not charge for this but the manager again not apologize.My 2 are for the waitress who was amazing very nice and the piñata at least my son enjoy that. Thank you so much to read I don’t want to do this but please take it to improve your service better.
