GO EARLY. They close 2 hours earlier than online says they do. Drove 30 minutes to this place 3 nights in a row and they were turning the lights out already every time.

Ordered an original and the chocolate peppermint. Fluffy as much as its popularity when the location first opened. Original is hardly sweet at all, like eating a cake-lite, so really good for a cake craving. Chocolate peppermint hits with a minty aftertaste that was pleasant, also not too sweet here despite being chocolate.

I haven't been back to Uncle Tetsu since pre-pandemic but the original cheesecake tastes exactly the same--extremely light and fluffy. The prices have raised slightly though (it was 12.46 after tax). It's on the second floor, near the Nordstrom and Din Tai Fung. Service is super fast, they have the cheesecakes prepared.
