A hidden gem in the heart of historic Pioneer Square. Underbelly sits at the sub floor level, and with the unassuming entrance, you could easily miss the place but that's all part of the establishment's charm. This bar sends you to another time and place that was once a hustling and bustling Pioneer Square when Seattle was the last stop before heading up to Alaska to strike for gold. Descending into the bar the vibe instantly changes from streetlights and historic buildings to an underground bar with red, dim lighting and all the fine booze greeting you behind the bar upon entry. To the left is casual seating with a few round tables to hang and enjoy a snack with a finely crafted beverage, I highly recommend asking for a tequila or mezcal concotion if that's up your alley.
