Our absolute favorite Seattle restaurant- Hands down! Incredible service from Sterling & Kalyn. Beautiful atmosphere and overall vibe. Highly recommend the Caesar salad with fried chicken. They know their cocktails too!!

My brother and I came to Union Saloon for dinner last night.  This place represents a chill neighborhood vibe.  The staff is so welcoming and down to earth.  The owner (Michelle) spends quality time with all of the customers.  You can really see her passion in her work.  Bartenders Sophie and Phillip were on point with their drinks, and were so welcoming.  Sitting at the beautiful U-Shaped bar was an experience in itself.   I had two old-fashions, and they were delicious.  For our appetizer, my brother and I shared the "Cana de Oveja."  The Sheep milk cheese was great, but "Michelle's Apricot Jam" made that dish.  For our entree's we ordered the Fried Chicken and Spicy Shrimp.  The Fried Chicken was perfect in every way.  Union Saloon is famous for their Fried Chicken and I understand why.  There is a good spicy taste to it.  The "Spicy Shrimp" was also great.  Wrapped in bacon over a piece of bread, the shrimp was a treat and I would order both again and again.  For dessert, we had the German Chocolate Cake.  You could only use "perfect" so many times in a review, but I would use that word to describe the cake.  Union Saloon is a must go when coming to Seattle.  The staff, food, and neighborhood vibe really makes this place a staple for anytime I travel to Seattle.  Thank you Michelle and Union Saloon staff for a great experience!
