We showed up here at 6:30 on a Monday night not knowing the mall closed at 7 p.m. Its tucked away in a corner next to the movie theater entrance and its been nicely redone. I'm pretty sure it occupies the space that was formerly Johnny Rockets. They have a simple menu yet enough to satisfy pretty much any palate. We opted to try two different burgers, the Bacon and Bleu and the Chipotle Tortilla, we shared a large fries and had 2 shakes, a Caramel Cream and a Dark Chocolate, our bill came in slightly over $30, not bad. The burgers were juicy and delicious and cooked to perfection. They were a nice change from the usual burgers in the area. Chipotle and Bleu cheese are strong flavors but neither were overkill, they were just right. The large fries were a perfect portion for 2 people to share and the shakes were yummy!!!! The dark chocolate was a nice change from the typical chocolate shake and the caramel cream was just pure creamy deliciousness!!!! They came and checked on us a few times but nothing bother...

If you haven't been, your missing out. One of the best burgers around. I had the brie burger & caramel cream shake.

We happened upon "Upscale Burgers & Shakes" at the Cottonwood Mall and gave it a try. It is located in the spot where Johnny Rockets used to be. Several of us got burgers and we shared regular and sweet potato fries. I gotta say that the burgers and regular fries deserve 5+ stars, but the shake we ordered to share (a turtle shake) was one of the worst I've ever had and definitely not worth $6 as it was icy and watery...not creamy as you might expect of an "upscale" shake.I commented about it to our server who let us know that she was told it was possibly due to being made with (homemade) ice cream from the bottom of the container. We declined having another one made because we were already done with our meal and I was surprised to see the charge on our bill since we didn't consume it.I would definitely eat there again...but would hesitate ordering a shake unless I saw one made that wasn't an icy mess like the one we got.
