Much needed upgrade over the previous location. Decent local concert hall. Only gripe is the rudeness of some of the staff that I've experienced on a couple occasions.

Upstate Concert Hall is an awesome venue to see live music. It’s a personable, intimate experience every time. There’s not a bad spot in the house. I’ve been to several concerts here and it’s always a laid back time, easy to get into and out of, unlike many other concert halls. I definitely prefer seeing shows here to most other places and the musicians they bring in are top notched.
