I have been looking for good Chinese food since coming to Seattle and I've finally found it! Last night I was on my way to a meeting and I had about 20 minutes to spare but I was starved. So, I popped into Uptown China Restaurant because the smell wafting down the block was to good to ignore. I ordered the items I judge every Chinese restaurant by, their spring rolls and house rice. Wow! Both were incredible and I am currently eating the leftover rice for lunch because the portion was so big. I have to say I was especially impressed with the spring rolls. They were so crisp and flaky and the flavor was simple but incredible. I will be going here again!
