Curry is hella hot

Food is good but the service is terrible. I was given an online order pickup of 7:20pm and ended up standing and waiting until almost 8:00pm to receive my food. There was only one cashier who kept running to the back to bring out orders. She kept telling me 5 more minutes, 10 minutes, etc. but clearly nobody was making my order. Other customers had come in after me and were having their new orders fulfilled.After coming home we found out that the curry was not even heated, just lukewarm.

Thank you Urban Kare House for the delicious and satisfying selection! My husband and I are beyond grateful for our lunch today. Thanks for being open st this difficult and trying times. I ordered a Tonkatsu Curry with a side of Shrimp Tempura while my husband got Chicken Katsu Curry with a side of spam. All were very good. My only complaint is that my Spicy Curry is not spicy at all. I'll probably order the Bomb next time. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
