Food was decent and the beer was cold but the service....my goodness the service. I expect so much more out of this level of hotel. Bartenders were not very personable and one of then was incredibly slow. I saw him serve 5 people and settle 3 bills without ever acknowledging that a woman was waiting service. This is a place you go for convenience and nothing more..

The breakfast buffet was sparse at best. If you want an omelette or waffle you order that with the server. It'll show up about the time you want to leave. Service was non existent. It was as if I had been seated in the Bermuda Triangle and had completely disappeared. When it was time to leave, I had to have the seating hostess find the server. The gentleman at the next table over had the same experience. This place would be better served by having a coffee and OJ station for the customers and checkout via iPad. Service, service, service!!!

Slow service, mediocre food and high prices. Went there once and loved it...past two times led me to write this review. Can't recommend it at lunch and now I understand why it's deserted during that time.
