Urban Sushi Kitchen has reopened but with new ownership and it is NOT the same. A few lowlights:-The rolls took much longer to come out than expected. One of the rolls came out 30 minutes after the others. At this point, we were leaving. We asked for a refund and they told us in a very rude way that they don't do any refunds.-One of the rolls was missing a key ingredient. We asked them about it and they clumsily cut pieces of that ingredient and put it on the plate, instead of remaking the roll with it inside.-The rice is pretty bad quality now.-The menu is completely different and much more expensive.-The chirashi bowls are much smaller- they look more like standard bowls you can get anywhere.-Overall, rude and bad service which is SUCH a shame because the previous owners & employees were wonderful.
