We have gone and ate here once and honestly we enjoyed the food. My review truly is about our 2nd attempt to visit this past Sunday. I told some friends about the restaurant and we decided to bring a large group of people here. Yes, I understand not every restaurant will accommodate a party our size so we called in advance to make sure. They said they would see our party and we're getting our tables ready for us when we called. We arrive and it takes a while to be greeted. Okay, still not upset I get it. However, we are then told they can't sit us and we would have to be spread out all over the restaurant. We proceed to ask why they didn't just tell us that on the phone bc we literally just spoke with you and you told us you could and we're getting our table ready. The lady just shrugged her shoulders and didn't seem to care. We are great tippers and they lost a lot of business that day. So we all loaded up called Ms. Maria at Athena's Greek Kitchen and she gladly hosted our group with fabulous service and food.

I met up with my sisters at this restaurant while visiting Houston. First time here. The food was pretty good... My fiance had the USA seafood ranchero plate and he said it was a bit greasy. I had the Mariscada seafood soup. It was tasty and full of seafood variety. I had a mango mojito with my meal, and it was ok. I enjoyed the mango pieces and mint in my drink, but I felt it was more juice than a mixed drink...hardly any alcohol in it. The restaurant seemed pretty clean, we didn't have any wait to be seated, and the service was polite and speedy.Overall good food and nice experience.
