This is a very local experience type of breakfast place. Food was good, eggs were a little to over easy and the sausage had a weird taste. The bacon was AMAZING with a smoky taste. Coffee was morning roast, I prefer dark.

I heard Valley Restaurant had down-home Philippino food. I was told by the locals that live in the valley to try it. It's a family-owned restaurant that has been around for a long time. I was told to try the bacon-fried rice. So I ordered the bacon-fried rice. I was warned that they give you a lot of food. I ask for less rice and extra white and green onions. I was very pleased with the taste of my rice. It was very flavorful and they do not skimp on the bacon. As I sat waiting for my order I had the opportunity to see what other customers were eating. I can not wait to try a few things on their menu. I was told by the locals in Juneau Alaska to add some shrimp. I went to the grocery store in town and purchase some fresh Alaskan shrimp. It looks delicious and it is banging. I added a little heat and some chili sesame oil. I plan to eat with a sunny side egg on top.
