If you haven't visited this gem of a diner yet, you are seriously missing out. Not only does it boast super cute 50s-inspired decor and friendly staff, but the food is 100% on point. Just go ahead and consider this your new favorite spot in town - trust me, you will not be disappointed. The hardest part will be deciding what to order as everything on the menu is fresh and delicious.

Delicious comfort food. The Greek lemon chicken soup, avgolemono, hit the spot on a cold winter day. The grilled cheese with bacon sandwich was done just as I like it. Good attentive friendly service.

We really like the Van Dorn diner for breakfast. Great classic 50s diner look and nice layout. My 8 year old son especially likes the pancakes. Omelettes and grits are very good. It's good to support mom and pop restaurants like this and we appreciate having it in our neighborhood
