Its uniqueness for a sports bar because of the quality and selection of dishes they offer and being an ex-employee I highly recommend the chef is a world-class connoisseur of what he does

We very much enjoy going to the Alaska Airlines Center to watch the Seawolf Volleyball games, and equally enjoy a pre-game meal at the Varsity Sports Grill prior to the game. The food is always good, and we have yet to find anything on the menu that we didn't like. They also have a nice selection of beer and wine to accompany your meal. We were disappointed to find that they no longer take reservations, but will make an extra effort to go early to make sure we can get a table. John & Becky F
