Pasta cold ... service slow - had to go to the counter after being seated to order dessert

They need to hire more employees. I waited for one whole hour for my food plus my daughter's order of a single cheese calzone was lost so she had to eat our pizza instead. There were no others customers there except for our family. I'll admit their food is good, but their poor service and high prices have made us look for other pizzerias instead.
