love this restaurant, hope they finish remodeling soon.the chicken panini and salmon rice bowl are my go-to's and i crave these meals regularly. the chocolate chip cookies are so good! love the golden milk latte (without espresso)- it's delicious both iced and hot. the rosemary grapefruit spritzer is light and refreshing. i wish i knew all these recipes to make at home when i'm unable to come here. the chia seed pudding used to be so good- now that they add the fruit puree/jam on top of the pudding, it's become too overwhelming. only things i haven't enjoyed from vibrant are the brownies and muffins.

Sad that this place is closed. The food was a solid four stars but the outdoor space was the best in town. Anybody know of anything similar?
